📦 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping (varies by location).
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your package has shipped, you’ll also receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Note: These are estimated delivery times. Eloria Beauty does not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we always strive to have your order arrive on or before the expected timeframe.
To avoid delays, please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. If we have to contact you for corrections, your order processing will be delayed.
Your package may be delivered by your local post office or courier service. Most orders arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions on where to collect your package.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue. Eloria Beauty does not accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits for these cases.
🌍 CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Your local customs office may occasionally require additional documents or extra processing time to release your package. This may cause delays outside of our control.
Please check your local postal regulations for any restricted items before placing your order. Eloria Beauty is not responsible for packages seized or held by customs. In such cases, you may contact us at info@eloriabeauty.shop to arrange a replacement shipment at an additional cost.
